Return Policy

Unused bundles can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date the carrier recorded.

If the parcel has already arrived, send it back with the order number and the refund is issued within 7 days of inspection.

If the order has not shipped, we cancel it and return the full amount to the original payment method within 7 days.

Refunds always go back to the method that paid for the order, whether that was a card or another option offered at checkout.

The window opens on the delivery date logged by the carrier rather than the order date, so a slow parcel is not penalised.

A return posted after the window may still be accepted if the bundles are untouched, but that is decided case by case.

Bundles must be unused, uncut and in their original packaging.

Stems that have been trimmed, wired into an arrangement or left outdoors do not qualify, because they can no longer be sold on.

If a bundle arrives crushed or the wrong colour was sent, photograph it before opening it further and we will treat it as our mistake.

Email support@yvetteus.shop with the order number, the bundle you want to return and a short reason.

Wait for our reply before posting. We send the return address and a reference for the box, and returns sent without approval cannot be matched to an order.

If you simply changed your mind, you pay the return postage and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

If the bundle arrived damaged, faulty or different from what was ordered, we cover the return postage and refund everything paid.

After the box is received and checked, the refund goes to the original payment method within 7 days.

Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to post the credit to your account.
